  2. I have lost my formatting tool bar. How do I get it back ??
The easy way is to Right click in the toolbar area (grey area at the top of the window) and then left click on Formatting. Ticks next to a toolbar name show which ones are switched on. If you are using Publisher, remember that you need to have a frame selected (dot around the edge) for the formatting toolbar to be displayed.
