Subject:   Straining bars for support wires

Message:   Can anyone recommend an engineer/builder who can make and install some robust straining bars on walled garden walls approx. ten feet tall? They need to be strong enough to take 14 wires over a 50m span. (The walled garden is in the Watford area).
