This programme is about John Hill and his son. AS part of it they took the car on the Exeter trial back in January - the prop shaft broke.
They rang us when they were on their way to Torquay and we were able to go over there with a replacement for them. Briefly met Mark Evans while we were there.
John Hill said he'd put a paragraph in the club magazine thanking us. Haven't seen it yet 9 months later!
Nevermind - we're used to being forgotten about! |
