Armstrong History and Family Lists
Calling all Armstrong's. please place your family history (family tree) in here. You can then trace you r family line through what other Armstrong's have enter. If we all do our part then maybe we can have the worlds only full family tree.  Here is my family tree. If any of the people in my family tree all linked to your family the send me an email or reply to this post with your family tree. Even if your family is not linked to mine still reply to the post and maybe we can fit all the missing links in later.Sam Armstrong? lived in Newcastle Upon Tyne (UK) in the 1800's, don't know much more about him. Joseph Armstrong, Born 2nd January 1899 in Newcastle married Esther Hardy and Died 22nd September 1966 in Blyth (UK)They had two children, Joseph and Isabel. Joseph Armstrong, Born 13th May 1924. Married Elisa Maule and had one child, Kenneth. He Remarried after her death to Esther Mary Parker. he Died 5th september 1992 in Blyth (UK). Isabel Armstrong, married Jimmy Tuck. Kenneth Armstrong, Born 23rd October 1944. He married Alfreda Hall, together they had five Children, Caroline, Esther Mary, Kenneth Joseph, Keith, and Alfred James. He still lives in Blyth (UK). Caroline Armstrong, Born 24th October 1968 she still lives in Blyth (UK). She has one child called Megan. Esther Mary Armstrong, Born 1st February 1970. She has a son called David. She married Michael Robinson. They both live in Cramlington (UK) Kenneth Joseph Armstrong, Born 25th June 1971 he has one Daughter called Lauren Armstrong. He lives in Blyth (UK) Keith Armstrong, Born 31st July 1973. I am not married but live with my girlfriend Kelly Lewis, we have a son called Kyle Jon Armstrong. We all live in Blyth (UK). Alfred James Armstrong, Born 18th February 1988. He still lives with our parents in Blyth (UK). Kyle Jon Armstrong, Born 14th December 2001. Lives with me and Kelly in Blyth (UK). |

Here is my family tree -- the Armstrong Clan I have six generations listed -- to my Grandparents. There is also debate about the parentage of Elijah Armstrong -- is it Archibald or a William. I listed Archibald but it may be William married to Sarah Huston or it maybe someone else entirely. I have NEVER been given solid proof. So, to Elijah I have documentation. I don't have a great deal on my Armstrongs, they've been a difficult lot to find ... sigh!! Here's what I have to date. Elizabeth ARMSTRONG born May 14, 1848 (a twin, her brother's name was Thomas) in Benfieldside, Durham Northern. She married William Edward BYNON, my Dad's gGrandfather, in Australia. Elizabeth, brothers John and Thomas and her mother Dorothy all travelled to Australia aboard the Empire of Peace in May 1860. The family settled in the Bendigo region of Victoria. Elizabeth's parents were John ARMSTRONG and Dorothy WAUGH, married July 6, 1847 in Gretna Green, Scotland, but I've been unable to find the registration. John was born about 1822 in Hexhamshire, Northumberland. Dorothy was born about 1822 also in Northumberland. So far I've been unable to find their births but I'm on hiatus from my Armstrongs after stressing for 4 years trying to find Elizabeth!! ;D John ARMSTRONG's parents were Thomas ARMSTRONG and Esther STOBBERT, married May 7, 1821 at the Hexham Parish Church, Northumberland. That's where my brick wall is, with Thomas and Esther. I hope to find a tidbit of information that will help me knock it down like I did with Elizabeth. If anyone has a connection to my Armstrong lines, I would love to hear from you! :D I have my family tree online at my website ...
