I think the Arcata model of creating wetlands for migratory birds is a better idea. Not only because it generates revenue for the community by bringing in the "birders" (this idea has been in Triplicate several times), but also because it will help the dairy farmers and lily growers by keeping the E' geese with more landing options!! Did I mention it probably won't be 42,500,000.00 to do? We all want pristine waters and the 20% of our POVERTY level population IS NOT going to be able to cover this debt. More options, PLEASE! |
