Your letter seems to indicate you will be here for only one night. Since I charge $550 a month no matter how long you stay, that wouldn't be practical for you! I assume that was a typo.
Also, I should tell you that there is traffic noise in early evening.
I don't have laundry yet installed, but there is a laundromat close by.

I will be back in the area finishing my classes at Living Light January 28th through at least February 8th. I have a very sweet, clean, quiet, well-behaved and very cat-friendly yellow lab that will be with me. She has lived with several cats and if they don't want to play with her she will just leave them alone. She's very used to being home during the day while I work and just snoozes mostly until I get home (when we go out for long runs or to the beach for most of the evening). I am a 27 yr. old professional - very neat and quiet. Is this something you would consider?

A dog is fine if well behaved.
But, I must emphasize that the rate for a week or a day is the same as the rate for a month, $550.
In your case that is about $55 a night. However, you will find that is a bout as cheap as you can get in this touristy town.
Motel rooms here are at least fifty, and pretty minimal at that price.
I have been advised to tell you that I am not a vegetarian, so I hope you are tolerant. Also, there is only one bathroom and it is downstairs. My guests have never had a problem with that.
