Looking for Qualified Chefs

Greetings All,
I am in the process of Creating a Preventative and Integrative Health Care Movement over here in Europe. And I am currently looking for A Head Chef for the restaurant snack bar and delivery service we are creating. We will kick things off in Geneva Switzerland and then roll out across Europe and the US.

The Chef needs to have the following qualifications:
1. Speak French, English, German.
2. Have a deep and broad experience (7-9 years) running a kitchen in multiple establishments (hotel, restaurant, school and company canteens)
3. Be skilled in multiple disciplines of Health and traditional cuisine (1. Raw, 2. Macrobiotic 3. Vegetarian, 4. Vegan 5. Organic Meats/Fish) 6. Seasonal produce).
4. Must be Highly Creative, both visually and olfactively to create new and innovative dishes and menus.
5. Have a passion for Health, Nutrition and Individual Well-Being
6. Have a passion for Sustainability and Working with Local Producers.
7. Be have strong capabilities in training and supporting the development of the team (both in the 1st location and then in the new locations as we expand).
8. Must have a fun and outgoing sense of humor.
9. Be available to relocate to Geneva, Switzerland Nov/Dec 2008
10. Love being part of a community and participating in it.
