This past weekends sportsdrome winner, #10 Jerry Newkirk has entered his outlaw, and his extreme stock cars. Newkirk will be driving the #10 outlaw car, while it is believed that friend and former competiton Brian Wolfe will drive the extreme car. Also Sportsdrome competitor and former world championships runner-up and 3rd place driver, #35 Mark Harmon has added his name to the outlae race on July 4th, on the high banked anderson speedway. Three more top notch drivers and top notch cars, this is really shaping up to be a dandy of a race. stay tuned, more names to add to the race shortly. |

a few more names can be added to the list, former speedrome feature winner, and runner-up at the last anderson outlaw race a few years back, Chris Green will make his 2008 racing debut on the highbanks. Former Sonny 100 winner, Jeff Hizer will also be making his 2008 racing debut at the anderson july 4th race, Hizer has been taking it easy the past few years, but can't resist the highbanks of the anderson speedway. Former 3-Hour Rookie of the Year, and Most improved Driver, Jerry Lee Ward is hoping to get his outlaw done in time to test at the speedrome before heading to anderson speedway on July 4th, the field cars, and the caliper of drivers continue to grow as the race grows near. |

it would be greatly appreciated for you to bring your stocker, the more cars, it would look better to the owner, i know nerkirk is taking his stocker, schaeffer was suppose to take his stocker, and i think magee will run his also, plus there will probably be a $100 award for highest stock finisher. The one hour has been opened to the speedrome roadrunners, bombers, and sportsdrome dromer cars, not sure the payout, but know anderson it will most likely fairly good. Not sure if i would take a roadrunner up there without a cage though, let me know what you plan on doing, we are taking our outlaw up there in a few weeks to test if you want to come and hang out and check it out. Talk to you later. |
