I have an Appleton interest in St Helens, can't see a link but hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction.

Mary Appleton married Joseph Fairhurst in St Helens 1 Sep 1847. Mary's father was John Appleton.

I've found a baptism I'm assuming to be Mary - bapt. 16 Feb 1823, St Helens, parents John and Elizabeth Appleton.

Mary was indeed the daughter of John Appleton and his wife Elizabeth Wilkinson. She was one of six children.
