Don't know whether you realise that James was Martha Burrows' second husband? She was born Martha Rose and married James Burrows at St. Luke's, Farnworth on 17/2/1817. I am descended from Martha via her son Thomas Burrows, born circa 1826. James Burrows must have died between 1826 and 1830. If anyone has copied either of Martha's marriages from the original PR's, or has details of James Burrows' death, I'd love to hear from you. Thomas is shown living with his mother and step father in Tarbock on the 1851 census.
