Hi i currently have a counter balance UK forklift license which was obtained during my last job in a builders merchant yard. since leaving that job ive found that many forklift roles require something called a blue CPcs card? and to get one of those. i will 1st need to pass a citb test? and also have an additional CScs card?....then and only then! can i get a CPcs card. ive looked on the net for answers which has just led to more confusion so i thought id ask people with 1st hand experience with this subject. Can someone advise me as to exactly what cards i need? in what order? and possibly where to book said tests? thank you fora any advice at all!
Hi, you will need a CSCS card for any telescopic handler training course you do or any CPCS related forklift training courses. It must be obtained in the last 2 years even though the card itself lasts for 5 years. Best of luck.
