Well, my weigh in tonight didn't have the desired
outcome. I showed a +.2. It very well may be due
to a medicine that I recently began taking. Weight
gain was listed as one of the many side effects.
This was all put in perspective, however, when one
of the members of the group told of a recent bone
scan that looked questionable, prompting some more
cancer-related treatment. I am able to make sure I
am OP every day and getting my bit of exercise, and
that is what I will continue to do. Perhaps there
will be a loss of weight another time.
