This is something i did before, now i am going back to it. Mostly for variety.
Since i do weight training/toning,cardio, walking and now the treadmill.
The only way it helps me is by posting it here to be accountable for what i do.
The Smart Girl routine is only 3 days a week.3 times a day, and it takes 3-5 minutes. I think i will pair that with the treadmill.
And still do my normal exercise routine in between.
When i bought this treadmill years ago,i had no idea it had NO flat level,no 0%. SO when i say "incline", i mean incline. It is not motorized, its all "leg-powered". The last incline is like walking up a steep hill.
Last night i did 15 minutes on each incline level and the dumbbell routine.
The dumbbell routine consist of using 3,5,8 lbs weights. I use 8 lbs. 1 set/10 reps ( to start)
