My plan will be to work out 40 to 50 minutes each morning, 7 days, and burn 300 calories each session plus 2 water aerobic classes and one step class in the evenings.
i decided this is alot easier for me to do it this way, then to have 3 separate threads for my walking/treadmill/weights/cardio AP's.
Since this board wont let You add things to Your profile, like the trackers we use it use, i have one on my home page and just keep track there and here.
