Oh how I wish I would have found this a long time ago!! It is 8th Continent Light Soy Milk. Only 1 point per cup and counts as a milk. It is delicious. I put it in oatmeal and it is wonderful and creamy and even a little sweet. Mmmmmmmm
Uki, i have that in my refrig now. Sometimes i use soy, other times i used regular fat-free milk. It seems now days any MILK is $$$. I use to drink Silk Soy all the time.
