Breakfast - Egg beater omelette with veggies and some canadian bacon pieces (the ones for the pizza's I make) Very tiny banana for total of 2.5 pts.
Lunch - being treated to Applebee's by a rep. I love working in healthcare!! So, will decide when I get there, but I'm thinking about 1/2 of a fajita roll up with a side of mixed steamed veggies and a diet coke.
Dinner - baked lemon pepper chicken and green beans.

chardonnay salmon (5) from Costco - looks good 1st time having it
1/2 cup brown rice (1 1/2)

sf/ff pudding (1) with 2 tbsp. ff cool whip (0)
honeydew melon (1)
maybe some nuts - I worked out 3 times today - burned over 700 calories so I need to eat a little more :)
