Dinner - Chicken/Stuffing casserole, green beans, roll
Snack - butternut squash fries and catsup
I'm sitting here and cannot decide on snacks today. Since when does that ever happen to me??
B- oatmeal with blueberries and Fiber 1
S- 100 cal english muffin with PB2
L- eggs with fat free swiss and ham
S- coffee with skim milk, splenda and unsweetened cocoa powder
(read this suggestion somewhere and it is my new favorite treat)
D- something with ground turkey ? sloppy joes
