Is it possible to schedule the "System Backup" to run on a regular basis?

I have that set to run once a week, but how can I set it to run on a specific day, it only shows me a time to run it if I want to backup weekly, monthly, or annualy?

If the start date is a Monday, then it willrun every week on a mondy. If the start date is a tuesday, then it will run every week on a tuesday and so on. So just choose a start date that falls on the day of the week you want it.

I think there should be an option to have the system backup in a task allowing for more flexibility, and also to export the backup to a .zip file
