Would regularly using Remote Desktop to log onto the PC that CRD is installed on cause any problems? Or can you just not install CRD using Remote Desktop?
Windows XP remote control or terminal services interfere with the Windows security settings required for CRD to work correctly.
There is a good link to more information on recommended remote control tools for use with CRD in the Help file (How to Use CRD > Installation & Setup > Installing CRD)
Actually, I had a recent issue with this, Picos suggestion applies to version 5, in the latest version of CRD (version 6) you must only not install CRD or the NT Service with remote control tools, otherwise you can use terminal services and remote control for everything else. So you should be good to go!
