my EmailQueue directory is growing every day. it appears that this is a temp directory for emailing the mail. Is there a setting to have it purge x days after the mail is sent. this could grow and take up my entire drive.
You can use the Housekeeping option under Tools > Options : Housekeeping: Folder Housekeeping. You can add a path to the folder and set CRD to purge items older than what you have configured.
