I need to schedule the CRD to run multiple reports on two different databases with two different logins.

This is possible. Have a look at DB logon: Table level logon (multiple databases in the same report) in the functionality matrix to see which edition you'll need.

You can then access the feature by clicking the Advanced button in the "Report Options" for the schedule.
