Hi, The last time I had problems with the crystal runtime components I had to make sure I had all the service packs and hot fixes for my version of Crystal Reports applied. If you still have errors you should send memberservices@christiansteven.com a screenshot of the screen you get when you go to Help > About Crystal Reports.
