I am trying to update and get the following error: --------------------------- WinZip Self-Extractor --------------------------- Can't create output file: C:DOCUME~1dkerseyLOCALS~1Tempsetup.exe --------------------------- OK --------------------------- What can I do to fix this error?
Ensure that you have FULL rights to the system temp folder C:DOCUME~1dkerseyLOCALS~1Temp. It must not be set to read only. You must have read, write, delete etc.
