This seems to have disappeared from the Misc section of the General tab, under Tools - Options. We set this in an earlier release to speed up schedule execution, and as we have been experiencing a slower throughput recently this was one of the things I was going to check.

It is now set on a schedule by schedule basis in Properties. The default is off.
