Hi,

I try to create a Single Scheduled report in CRD 6.6 with Crystal 9.0 and it runs successfully without a single error. The file output format both pdf and excel. When I opened the generated report, there's no data it's only a white/blank page. I have several Single Scheduled reports but it works smoothly except for this one.

Any brilliant ideas on how to solved this problem?

Hi Eric,

There are a couple things you can look at.
- Make sure your .rpt file is not being "saved with data"
- If so save it without data, the right click on your schedule that uses this report and click Refresh Schedule
- Check that you are using a System DSN
- CRD requires the use of System DSNs for all Data Sources
