Hi - Do you know if it is possible to share my scheduled reports with another collegue.
I am going away on leave and he will not have access to my PC and the data needs updating every week.

This will depend on what you have purchased. If you have purchased Remote Administration, you can install CRD on your other user's PC and use this module.
You can read more about this in the CRD, Help, Using CRD, Modules, Remote Administration.

What types of changes are you having to make?

Is is possible to make a copy of the schedules that you need to change, set them to run at the needed time with the change already made? Then remove them once you are back in the office.

That's all I can think of at the moment.
