Hi, I have just started getting this error message when that automation of reports fails. If I reboot the machine it is ok for a while but then happens again. Any halp would be appreciated

Hi,

Looks like you have some corruption or missing files in the the Crystal Runtimes you have. I would suggest you go to the Crystal Reports website and see if you can download an install fresh runtimes. Your other option would be to submit a support call and include a screenshot of you Crystal Reports, Help, About Crystal Reports screen and they can create runtimes for you to download and install.
