I get the following when I open CRD.
"Could not create a COM handle for Crystal Reports and CRD could not repair itself".
Do you know what could have caused the issue? How can fix it?

You need to reinstall Crystal Reports first while being logged in as Local Administator. Then you will want to reinstall the application while being logged in as a local administrator. If you still have the problem then you may need runtimes so I would suggest that you submit a support call to Tech Support.
