This will happen if you have exceeded your limit of the number of reports you have scheduled. I think the limit without the additional functionality of unlimited schedules is 50. If you bought the unlimited functionality you probably need to install the addtional functionality key. It should be found in the black box section of member services on the christiansteven website.
