Just found a Windows bug that prevents my CRD scheduler from starting after a system reboot.
It comes from when the cryptographic service has not started and the crd services try to start and are not able to. Apparently in Vista, and possibly 7 the cryptographic service has to be started before any application service can start. To fix this go into your Windows Services, right click on the CRD and CRD Monitor services. On startup type select Automatic (Delayed) from the drop down.
