Looking through this process I only see that the CRD SQL database > Tasks > Sendto field is the only one set to Text. It looks as though the backup and conversion set the field to Memo.
To change the sendto field in the CRD database use your SQL Server management studio and connect to the CRD database. Browse to the Task table then expand the Columns folder. Right click on the Sendto field and select modify. Go to the pane on the right and click the data type field associated with sendto and use the drop down to select varchar(50) then you can edit the number. I would recommend 5000.
