If you are on Crystal Version 12 (2008) then you will not be able to populate your sub-report parameters from within CRD. But if you are using any of the version before 2008 you should be able to do it.
Just go to the properties of your schedule, Select the Report Tab and click the sub-reports button. Once you have your list of sub-reports, right click and select the Set Parameters option.
