Again!, I'm stay in Thailand. I found the font error on some output report file type are Acrobat, MSExcel and MSWord. How can I do next?
The font errors in the output of the report would be as a result of the Crystal runtimes dlls. You will need to patch up to your local language Crystal Version. You will need to speak to a local Crystal provider for help with this, I think...
