I am getting the following error when trying to add a report to a package...

...I've compacted CRD already and have latest service packs for all apps. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This has been resolved in the latest build: Version 4.5 Build 20041007 which was released yesterday.

Please download and install it and all should be well.
