Can anyone help with the following message encountered when going to Tools > Activities > Scheduled reports

Error Number: -2147190548
Module Name: mnurlist_click
Line Number: 9
Error Description: Missing or out-of-date export DLL.

CRD actually runs a crystal report and exports it to pdf format before displaying it to you. The pdf export facility on your PC is not the latest, so it is unable to export - hence the error.

If you update your install of CR with all the hotfixes and updates, the problem should go away.

If that fails, send a screenshot of your Crystal Report's Help - About screen to memberservices@christiansteven.com and they will create a bespoke installation of the latest CR runtimes for you.
