I am upgrading from crystal 9 to crystal 10 (developer edition) and also from CRD4.5 to CRD5. What is the best way to do this?

1. Upgrade Crystal first, then CRD
2. Upgrade CRD, then Crystal.

Upgrade Crystal first. Bear in mind that the Crystal upgrade doesn't alwasy overwrite the old dlls or update all the bits in the registry it needs to so if you can, uninstall the old Crystal first so that all the old stuff is wiped out and then install the new.
