I have created a report which produces a simple line chart based on year. I have scheduled this report to run monthly. The schedule runs and creates a line chart in PDF format. However when you view the pdf there are no lines on my line chart.
Has anyone experienced the same thing running CRD5?
This sounds like the sot of thing that happens if you do not have the correct Crystal Runtime components installed. Try installing CR Developer or Advanced and then updating it with all the hotfixes etc.
