how to follow-up a logged support call

i logged the call 2 weeks ago (i think) and i havent received any reply yet. Call Reference is 00008510.

To follow up a logged call, reply to the email acknowledgement you received (with your call reference number on it) and ask for an update.

Don't forget that the support desk may have previously replied to your query, but this may have been bounced by your email system as spam, so check your spam folder first
