I had Adobe 6.0 reader on my machine. Others have Adobe 7.0. When a report is sent out I can view results in the PDF while those with 7.0 get the attachment but it is blank.

When you use the extended PDF features in CRD, the resulting file is not compatible with Acrobat 7.

This issue is being looked at and is expected to be resolved soon. A new release is expected in the next week.
