Your PC cannot see the smtp server, or the user or workstation does not have permission to use ths server. Or the server is not on the standard port 25. Whatever it is, the server is not visible to CRD
You will need to consult your SMTP server administrator to resolve this one and make the server visible to CRD.
Thanks for the response. I figured out the problem. I can't email unless I disable the virus scan. Once I disabled the virus scan I was able to send all my reports.
