We have been testing over the past two weeks and everything looks good. We will be using this as an alternative to our enterprise solutions with a limited scope.
Questions:
1- We are going to need at least the platinum edition. We will have this installed on a server and we will have a client installation for administration purposes. The "Number of Seats - installations" applies only to the server installations with schedules? The client install for admin would not be counted as an instance?
2- If we purchase Platinum and then decide that we need a higher edition, do we just pay the delta? Would the new install be a completely new install or would there be a key that would unlock the additional features. Just wondering if we would ned to reconfigure.
3- How does the encryption feature work in the Enterprise Pro Plus edition? Do I need to purchase encryption software seperately?
