I tried what you said: exported in CRD as HTML, and saw what was exported. It looks good, but when it gets embedded into the message body, it doesn't (everythings gets jumbled up). I don't know if it is because of my email settings (I'm using Lotus Notes) or what!
Ah yes. This may be a lotus notes thing. I know that Lotus sort of mucks about with the HTML code in emails.. You might want to send a report to your home address or that of someone you know who uses Outlook or Outlook Express and see if it works OK. I don't know what it will look like if you send to a hotmail account, but you might want to try that too to see if it is actually Lotus causing the problem.
It won't hurt either, if you discover it is Lotus, to see if CRD support can do something about the problem.
I have always found them quite quick to put in enhancements and bug fixes when I have requested them.
Nope, it wasn't Lotus. The HTML is not displaying properly in Hotmail, Yahoo, Juno, and Gmail. For some reason, when I export from CRD it is fine. But embedded and attached to an email, it just screws up!
This is what it looks like (I edited the name and some parts, but the "DETAIL" section is really not aligning and the mail problem):

I'll contact CRD Support and see what they can do.
Well, I tested with CRDMail (it sometimes gives me error, saying that the email couldn't be sent) and also tested with an external SMTP, and it gave me the same result!
I'm going to contact technical support because I have no idea what else to do!
