Will CRD Version 4.5 work with Crystal Reports XI?
We are currently using CRD version 4.5 with Crystal Reports 8.5 And I have a few questions regarding upgrading.
Question 1: Does CRD version 4.5 working with Crystal Reports XI.
Question 2: If supported, when upgrading to Crystal Reports XI, will the CRD automatically start using the Crystal Reports XI files for reports, or does CRD need to be re-installed?

No. You need to upgrade to CRD 5.6 in order to use XI. You need to follow the instructions in the Member Area on how to migrate your schedules from CRD 4 to CRD 5.
If you have recently changed your version of Crystal, you can simply run the "Change Crystal Version" shortcut in the Windows start menu folder for CRD 5 and select your new version of Crystal. No need to re-install the application.
