Ann,

The VMWare session is only allowed to use a portion of the host machine's CPU and RAM. If this isn't enough, then every time CRD pols it wil use 100% CPU. You need to set your VM Machine's CPU and RAM allowance to be higher, or run the VMWare session on a host with much higher specs than you are currently doing.

Ann,

I have had some problems with CPU usage as we don't have very powerful PCs here. CRD support have told me that the new CRD (CRD 6) will use 97% less CPU at times when no report is exporting and it is just polling. It will be released on 15 March.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply guys.

I might give version 6 a try. If it doesnt work, I'll get back to the IT guys and quote John's response.
