I have a similar issue, i am trying to export as text file setting the characters per inch to 16 but it always does it to 9. Its OK if i run it manually!
I am using version 6 with Crystal Advanced 9, and have just installed the latest build but still no difference. If i preview the report in CRD and export it manually it is fine but when it is executed it does not use 16 character spacing.
