automation schedule does not run on specified schedule
Hi,
I am using CRD 5.7. I created an automation schedule that runs a VB executable program on a specified time. It runs fine if I execute it manually.
I schedule it to run every morning at 6AM. But its not doing it. When I checked the history, there's a log there that says it successfully ran at 6AM. But the output is not in my inbox.
But when I execute it manually, I can see the output in my inbox afterwards.
The auomation schedule just ran an exe program that creates a file and calls an SQL stored procedure that will send the file to an email recipient.
