I'm running a schedule in Enterprise Ed to export and finally copy a Excel Spreadsheet into a SharePoint Web Folder.

IT are looking into a possible permissions issue but in theory can CRD copy into a Web Folder?

Just specify the name of the Web server and document library in the form Server_NameSite_NameDocument_Library

If you and the NT service user have rights to the folder, CRD will export it there as with standard folders.

I've retried the schedule but have the following "oops" message:

URI formats are not supported.

Will look further into permissions on our system ...

I've seen this error if you enter the path in e.g. http://blaablaa/blaablaa. This format of specifying a web folder is not supported in CRD. You have to use UNC format e.g. Server_NameSite_NameDocument_Library.
