thanx so much for coming over yesterday with the flowers and the card, it meant so much to me Your such a great friend ]
I cant put ANY pressure on it this week but next week i can put a little bit of pressure...and maybe 2 weeks after that ill be able to walk properly
I dont think i will be doing northern beaches eisteddfod .... so ill work towards getting better for extreme!! and i dislocated it by doing a leg mount...so i dont think ill be doing them until my knee is strong...lol
well i am going to Debra Crookshanks now for physio
