Degradation on the Loam

I saw him standing there today
I tried to run away but I didn't run fast enough and
Now he has me on the ground

I kick
I fight
I scream

He just laughs while looking down on me
Knowing I can’t break free

Quickly he turns my dress to tatters and
I feel his sweat sear into my flesh

His callused hand slithers down
My panties tear like paper

I kick
I writhe
I cry

It’s too late
He made his way inside
My blood turns to ice

“Slut!
Slut!
Slut!”
He hisses in my ear

The word rattles in my brain
His hot breath melts away my skin and
I scream again

He punches me hard in the mouth
I watch my blood feed the hungry ground

He laughs at this and taunts,
“You’re not so pretty anymore
How does it feel to be my *****?”

I choke on my blood and on his words and I wonder
Why doesn’t anyone come for me?

I grow tired and can no longer fight
His fists make me dizzy and the pain has
Become too much

I tried so hard to stay
But he had every intention of taking me away

At last I close my eyes and I see God
