Kookamonga Square News Letter

Dear Friends of Poets Cooperative E-Group Forum:

First, let me express my graditude for all your thoughtful and supportive comments regarding the poetry I have posted here. Your individual feedback has been, well, "INSPIRATIONAL."

-----------------------------------

Secondly, I would like to leave you a copy of Kookamonga Square's News Letter, which I have just emailed to our "Family of Poets." In doing so, I hope it inspires each of you to respond to your individual conscience and responsibility as poets. Thank you for your understanding.

Dear Poets & Friends of Kookamonga Square:

Here we go again! It sadly looks like it's time for all of us

to "come out of our closets", and set the tone for our individual

position regarding President Bush's proposal of war against Iraq! I

wish I were emailing you something of a different nature, but we DO

have a responsibility to ourselves and to our art form.Whatever your

individual position might be, it's time for you to be heard.

Enclosed please find these two links which will bring you to

my "point at hand." http://poetry.about.com/blpoetnews.htm and

http://poetsagainstthewar.org

As Members of the Kookamonga Family of Poets, you may wish to post a

message, poem, etc. on the Board, or email me your material and I

will pass it along to your fellow poets. In addition, using the

links provided for you on our "Main Page", as well those of your

own, post your material anywhere you feel it would be appropriate.

As your Webmaster, I can only suggest and inform; ultimately, what

you do is your decision. Ok, enough said..I need to get this off to

you. Thank you again for all you are, and all you bring to not only

Kookamonga Square, but to poetry and life!

Yours in Poetry and love,
